Who's excited for Ailee? Of course, we all are!
Rookie singer Ailee is set to showcase her amazing vocals to the baseball diamond. She will sing the national anthem on opening day for the 2012 KBO (Korean Baseball Organization) season. Isn't it exciting, Ailee fanatics?
This is going to be on April 4th. It was YMC Entertainment which announced that Ailee will perform on the 7th in Incheon at Moon Hak Stadium in a match between the SK Wyverns and the Kia Tigers.
Singing the national anthem on opening day is a great honor and previous singers who’ve participated include Cho Yong Pil, Kim Bum Soo, Park Jung Hyun and Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation.
We all know that Ailee is just a rookie singer. And it's an honor for her to be trusted by many people.
Ailee expressed her excitement saying, “I would have been happy to just attend opening day, but to be able to sing the national anthem there is a huge honor. I hope that none of the athletes get hurt and have a good game. I will root for you all until the last game of the season.”
